23 pounds and still losing…..
Hi everyone!
Just an update....I'm now 23 pounds lighter than I was in April when I re-joined. Yay! I think this plan of going for the steady loss rather than quick loss may work for the long run this time. I'm looking forward to my favorite sweaters and sweatshirts being even baggier! That looks so much better when you're thinner, doesn't it?
